August 18 and 19 - Volunteer workers for pre-show set up

August 20 - Early participant move in

August 21 - Participants set up Day, Meeting and Party

August 22 and 23 - Public Show Days

August 24 - Move out

PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION

Enjoy the entire festival by registering as a participant, which entitles you to special benefits and privileges before and after the public show:

  • On-Site Camping

  • River Tubing

Participant Registration is Required by July 1, even if you do not need to send money. You will get your wrist bands, vehicle sticker, etc. upon arrival. Confirmation will be provided by email. We look forward to seeing you at the show!

Can’t Make the entire Event? No Problem.
You can display your vehicle during the public show on Friday or Saturday.

Early registration helps with both planning and costs. The July 1st
deadline is for returning vendors.
New vendors may register
until Aug 15th.

Please note: Vendors, if you sell less than $2000.00 worth annually in the state of Wisconsin, you qualify to be exempt from the sales tax permit requirement.
